The City of Whiting Parks Department is getting ready for our annual spook-tacular Halloween Costume Parade on Saturday, October 28^th.

Parade lineup starts at 12pm at 119^th St. and New York Ave.

The parade will begin to march at 12:30pm and travel east down 119^th St. to Oil City Stadium.

Goodie bags will be given to the little ghosts and ghouls while supplies last.
