Halloween Costume Parade Extravaganza

Prade Line Up: 12pm @ 119th St & New York Ave
Parade Starts: 12:30pm and will travel east down 119th St to Oil City Stadium
Once you arrive at the stadium, grab your goodie bag and enjoy all the fun activities going on in the area till 3:30pm.
